There are two different kinds of mole removal. One is when there is a concern; the mole may be changing or appears to be a little suspicious. They're removed and tested to make sure everything is healthy and happy. But not all moles are necessary to remove, but we just want them off anyways. Cosmetic mole removal is for those moles that maybe aren't that flattering, or their location isn't ideal.
